However I grant the right for all attendees and possessors of Expotech MackHack Procedings CD the right to use the source and application in derivitive works so long as the derivitive works are not used in commercial broadcasting or live entertainment.
Basically this means that all rights reserved by me, except those wishing to "copy" moderate sections of this source code or files may do so, so long as such code is never used directly either in animation-related tools or multimedia tools that are used in live performance or live broadcast or recorded mass market broadcast or film. Desktop usage not restricted and conventional desktop game or entertainment not restricted. You may not redistribute the source or artwork in its entirety or in a manner not a part of a functional derivitive work of your own. It should stay on Expotech MacHack CDs as its sole distribution point, not the Internet. Thank you. Also the artwork should not be used in derivitive works and is provided soley to demonstrate the utility. (After all it is 6 whole megabytes of source code that I only wish to share with MacHack CD possessors)
